By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please discontinue your use of the Site.

Social Amusements LLC is a family-operated, veteran-owned amusement route founded by a U.S. Army veteran. Our California headquarters is located at 5800 S. Eastern Ave., Suite 500, Commerce, CA 90040, serving Los Angeles, Orange, and San Bernardino counties. We also maintain operations serving the Tampa Bay, Florida area. We place jukeboxes (TouchTunes and AMI Entertainment), pool tables, arcade games, and Hyosung ATMs in licensed venues on a revenue-share basis. Social Amusements is certified as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).

The Site is a marketing and contact resource. It describes our services, introduces the equipment we place, and provides a means for prospective clients to reach us.

Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer or contract. Every equipment placement begins with a direct conversation and is memorialized in a separate written agreement.

By submitting information through our contact form, you represent and warrant that:

• The information you provide is accurate, current, and lawfully obtained
• You are not impersonating another person or entity
• You will not use the form for spam, harassment, or any unlawful purpose

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to decline to respond to any submission and to refuse service for any lawful reason.

All content on the Site - including the Social Amusements name, logo, editorial text, photography, illustrations, and design - is the property of Social Amusements or is used with permission from the applicable rights holder, including without limitation TouchTunes, AMI Entertainment, Valley, Global, and Nautilus Hyosung.

You may view the Site and share links to its pages. You may not reproduce substantial portions of the content, or use our marks in a manner that implies endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation that does not exist.

Third-party brand names referenced on the Site - including without limitation TouchTunes, AMI Entertainment, Valley, Global, Nautilus Hyosung, Gottlieb, Stern, Big Buck Hunter, and Boxer - are the trademarks of their respective owners. Their mention reflects our authorization to sell and service the referenced equipment and does not imply endorsement by those third parties of any statement made on the Site.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or security of any third-party website. Accessing third-party websites is at your own risk.

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to keep the information accurate and the Site accessible, we make no warranty, express or implied, regarding its completeness, reliability, uninterrupted availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Your use of the Site is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Social Amusements shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of - or inability to use - the Site. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to the Site shall not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100.00).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Social Amusements and its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any claim, liability, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date shown at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site following the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
